Manny Puentes is the founder and Chief Executive Officer who has been a leader at one of the most prestigious Federal Law Enforcement Agencies in the world, the United States Secret Service, for over 27 years. In 2003, Mr. Puentes was assigned to the U.S. Embassy, Mexico City, Mexico and was promoted to the rank of U.S. Secret Service Country Attaché, a diplomatic appointment.
During his assignment in Mexico City, Mr. Puentes participated in executive meetings presided by the U.S. Embassador, wherein Senior Executive Service law enforcement personnel were actively engaged in resolving matters that were of mutual importance to the United States as well as to the host country. Mr. Puentes worked closely with Mexico’s elite military division, Estado Mayor Presidencial, during numerous protective visits throughout Mexico, to include multiple Presidential visits by the President of Mexico to the United States. Mr. Puentes personally conducted protective advances and liaison between the U.S. Secret Service, Estado Mayor Presidencial , Secretaria de Relaciones Exteriores (SRE -Mexican State Department), White House Staff, Department of Defense and U.S. Embassy personnel to ensure attention was given to security strategies and logistics for the U.S. President during various visits to Mexico.
